Processing & Shipping Schedule

• All henna cones and paste are freshly made and shipped every Monday (excluding holidays).
• To be included in that week’s shipment, orders must be placed by Saturday.
• Orders placed after Saturday will be shipped the following week.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• First Class Shipping (5–7 business days)
  This is the most economical option but is not guaranteed and may experience delays. We highly recommend choosing a faster shipping method if you need your order by a specific date.
• Priority Mail (3–5 business days)
  Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days, but not guaranteed. Delays may occur and are out of our control.
• Priority Express (1–3 business days)
  This is the fastest and most reliable option. Delivery is typically guaranteed by USPS, except in cases of unexpected delays.

International Shipping

• Delivery typically takes 14–21 business days, but may vary depending on your country’s customs process.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
• Delays due to customs are out of our control.

Important Notes

• Shipping times are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped—not when it is placed.
• We are not responsible for USPS delays, weather disruptions, or transit issues once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
• Tracking information may be provided before USPS scans the package, as labels are often created in advance.
