Returns

Due to the nature of our products:

• Ready-to-use henna cones are non-refundable as they are perishable items and cannot be restocked once shipped.
• For henna kits or henna powder, returns may be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund based on the total order amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• Customers are responsible for entering the full and correct shipping address, including ensuring that the apartment, unit, or suite number is placed in the correct field at checkout.
• If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered by the customer, the order is non-refundable.
• If a package is returned due to an address error:
  • • For ready-to-use cones and paste: a 50% fee + reshipping cost must be paid before the order can be resent.
    • For henna kits or powder: a 50% restocking fee + reshipping cost must be paid before the order can be resent.
      
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

• If you selected Priority Mail or Priority Express, your package is insured up to $50. You may file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number.
• If you selected First Class Shipping, this shipping method is not insured. If USPS confirms the package is lost, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, we may offer store credit or a replacement package.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of the products.
